Solution: You run a regular prize draw for customers that they can enter each time they purchase one of your products.
How it works: Included in your product or packaging is a QR code that directs customers to a form where they can enter their details and register for the prize drawing. The details submitted on the form get fed directly into your CRM.
Each customer entry allows you to capture all of the relevant customer details as well as allow customers to upload invoices or purchase receipts to validate the entry.
When the forms are completed, the customer details are checked in the CRM. The customer is new, a new record is created for them and if they have entered before, their details are checked and the record of their entry is added to their customer file.
